The Holland is a beautiful, dainty floral print. White background with small, pale-blue floral pattern. The Holland will melt your heart. Even though many in our focus group couldn't point out the flaw, We are still discounting this swimmer since the pattern is upside-down on one of the sleeves. Difficult to notice, but We stand-by our products and hope our loss is your gain. This Swimmer will be the perfect accessory to a variety of swimwear worn beneath! We wanted this vest to be functional as well as fashionable. The shoulder straps were added to help the vest stay more secure and offer more sun protection for the little ones.
